Marina Pirata
Only a ten minute walk from your apartment, Marina Pirata offers fresh sea food at the seaside. A sunset dinner overlooking the ocean is not to be missed.
Happy Appy
Just past Mangel Halto Beach you’ll find Happy Appy. A small snack bar offering nice shoarma, a burger and chicken wings. Or try some typical Dutch fried snacks like “bitterballen” or a “kapsalon”.
Zeerover
Arrrrr! Zeerover is the Dutch word for “pirate” and it’s the local hotspot for the freshest fish available. You’ll find it next to Pos Chikito in Savaneta after a 7 minute drive
The small fishing boats are moored right in front of the restaurant while the day’s catch is prepared. The menu consists of a handful of dishes, mainly built around what the ocean provides on that day.
O’Niel Caribbean Kitchen
Keep driving past Savaneta and you’ll find San Nicolas, the largest town on the island after Oranjestad.
Here you’ll find O’Niel’s. A great option for well seasoned chicken dishes and often frequented by one of your hosts.
